In the coming weeks, Heritage Wind plans to transition from the Article 10 permitting process to the new Section 94-c permitting process for renewable energy projects. As part of this transition, Heritage Wind will hold a virtual public meeting to provide information about the new process and what it means for the project and the community.

The meeting will include a webinar with a question-and-answer session regarding the Heritage Wind project and the Section 94-c permitting process. Written questions from attendees will be submitted via a chat feature and answered verbally.
