Carmen O'Keefe is a senior development manager and the primary point of contact for the Heritage Wind Project. She has been with Apex since 2015 and manages wind and solar projects in New York, Maine, and Ohio. Carmen grew up in Newfane and is thrilled to see the potential for progress in the area she considers home. Carmen has a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Music from Greenville College and is musically active in Western New York.

Jessica Walsh is a development manager for Heritage and works on other wind and solar projects in New York. Kentucky, and Ohio. She started out as an intern for Apex in December of 2017 and was hired on full-time in November of 2018. She is a recent graduate of the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Geoscience. Jessica is eager to work closely with the public to promote renewable energy and community benefits in Barre.

Anna Mathes joined the Heritage Wind team in 2020 as a part time employee and became a full time Field Organizer for Apex and the Northeast Region in September 2022. Anna is a resident of the Town of Barre, NY where renewable energy has recently made its footprint. Anna looks forward to engaging local communities and providing quality information about renewable energy.
